Amazing services!

Love it and I would definitely recommend living here and doing business with them. I have been here for about a year, and I have absolutely no complaints. The property was clean and smelled like new and I have never had any problems with anything and never any problems with neighbors and everyone is very nice and friendly.

Poor Management

The townhomes were nice but not for the cost. Management is the worst I have ever seen. Twice in one year I paid my rent early (before the 1st) only to receive an email telling me my rent was overdue. I challenged them and it took a couple of days to realize and admit that the rent was paid. I had a problem with the neighbors and they acted like it was my fault. They make you sign a renters agreement and then they do not abide by it, it is all selective. I made complaints and they acted as if they did not care to resolve it. The management group, after several complaints against my neighbors, offered to move me to another development with no penalty at my current rent rate. After I investigated the other development, I found the going rent was $200 less a month than what I was paying. Good management? I asked them if the same offer was made to the neighbor and got no response. I would avoid this place and management team like the plague!

In the 2 yrs we have lived here we have had no problems with management, neighbors or maintenance. Very quiet place to live.
