I need patio screen door and temperature controller needs to be replaced. Ive asked about patio screen door several times over past 5 months and nothing. When can I anticipate one on patio door? Temp controller hangs down and not secure. I have to “wiggle” it for heat to come on. Its defective. When can I anticipate this to be replaced?
