Park Avenue Apartments

I enjoy these apartments. Nice quiet area. Love that we have our own washer and dryer in the unit. Along with central air and heat. The staff is very helpful and friendly too.

Park Ave apartments are a nice place to live. Getting things fixed can be a process and often take a long time to get the ball rolling.

Very nice. Wish there was a garage or basement but for the price its good

I moved in and this is the second place I looked at and its great best part is the Central AC. There is little down sides. One thing that isn't really the apartments fault is the Snow removal team. They are slow and dont clean the parking lot well, even if you move your cars. The maintenance is also Low priority unless you have emergency stuff going on. Im waiting on a screen door, my window ceils to be fixed after they put new ones in they busted up all the plaster and drywall, new heat air filters, my running toilet to be fixed, and Now that they did my dryer duct im waiting on the drywall to be put back. Honestly good place to live if you can ignore that type of stuff.

I like the location and costs of everything are fair. good home

So far I like living here, I only have been here a month and its been great. Supervisor for my building is very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend renting here.
