Oakridge Apartments

Our property manager Dustin is awesome! He always does his best to get things done for us and is very kind. I do wish the appliances were more updated. We do not need brand new things but our dishwasher is 15 years old and doesn’t work well. Our fridge is very small. Our balcony probably needs some attention. Etc. I also wish it didn’t take so long for things to be done. None of those are our property managers fault he is great and you will love him if you move here. It seems the owners do not care much about the property.

Decent place to live. Right next to university. Close to shopping and restaurants

I love living here! Aside from lack of maintenance and upkeep, everything else is great. Great price, great location, great amenities

I love my townhome. It’s a great location and comes with all the amenities. But when we moved in there were a few issues. We never got a paper to mark all the issues so I’m worried that’ll come back to bite us. I called the management company and left three voicemails asking for the best place to send our rent check and who to make the check out to and never received a call back. Thankfully I figured it out on my own eventually. Our windows don’t have screens (well they’re broke in the basement), and we don’t have a garage door opener (we were told it was on its way in the mail but we never received it). We also were told not to contact the water company upon moving in because the management company takes care of the transfer. We never got a bill but then received a threatening notice from the management company saying they got the bill delivered to them in their name and we had to pay back the amount asap and transfer the bill into our name. So overall it’s a nice place to live if you are comfortable renting from a management company that doesn’t help out much with maintenance and other issues and lacks communication skills on all levels.
