My husband and I have lived here over two years. The property visually looks nice and is clean. However, it seems to be going downhill. Rent was raised in 2025 from 1285 to 1420 a month and its honestly not worth the money. The only reason we haven't left is because we are currently house hunting and are on a month-to-month lease. It takes forever for anyone to do snow removal (included in rent), maintenance doesn't show up if you report something to the property manager, dogs run around without a leash- total liability, if you have noisy neighbors- good luck. It really is too bad because we were ok with paying extra for that "extra" comfort, it's just not worth it here. Save your money.

This is a very quiet property and nice living. I will say that the majority of residents keep to themselves and do not even wave back when you pass them driving g or walking your dog.

I have been living here since November 2023. No problems. I called maintenance and they were there the same day. Amy and Cathy are wonderful! They answer my questions and are very helpful anytime I need something. So far, all my neighbors are wonderful! Best place we ever moved too, plus it is brand new!!
