I have been living here for 3+ years. I am very happy with my apartment. The managers are prompt with maintenance issues. Our new owner of the complex is not local so I feel there isn't a personal connection. We have seen improvements, but there are more things that the complex could improve.

I have lived here three years. After recent new ownership, we have seen improvements in the complex. More needs to be done to update overall appearance. Landscaping is in dire need. I am satisfied with our managers on-site to address immediate needs.
