I have lived here less than 1 year and enjoy it. My recommendations are: Updated window AC units. Grass collection after mowing. Kids outdoor playground. (I know not possible) but prohibit smoking on patios and smoking on the premises entirely. The smoke carries and many toss their cigarette buds in the parking area. Keep the pool open longer. GREAT location, customer service, and amenities.

I have lived at The Windsor in Plover for almost five years. The amenities are great! Pool, clubhouse, exercise equipment, garage, in unit washer/dryer, grounds attractive and well maintained. I live in a second floor apartment. I love my balcony! It is not tiny like I see in other apartment complexes. The staff are friendly, providing timely responses to inquiries and maintenance requests. I have become friends with many of the tenants. The weekly get-togethers and frequent special events are a plus! Needless to say, The Windsor is a great home for me.

I don't know what "luxury apartment" has in wall AC units, number one. Number 2, they blow soot-like-dirt into the apartment. Also, during the winter they accumulate moisture which freezes, then expands, and leaks into the apartment. Also, rent increases regularly every single year no matter what. For what? What improvements are being made other than to a remodeled club house which was completely unnecessary. When the national rent index goes down or stays the same, the Windsor goes up regardless.

Apartments are very nice. Attached garage is a huge plus in the cold Wisconsin weather. In unit laundry and full suite of appliances make it a home. Appliances could use an update and in a lower level unit noise from above can be excessive.
