Noisy neighbors and bad water

The residents who live directly above apt A104 stomp around every night till 3:30-4 AM and continuously leave their alarm clocks going off in the mornings. The sink water occasionally comes out dark yellow leaving you questioning the safety and quality of the water

This palace is not a good place to live...they still haven’t fixed the broken mirror in my bdrm since the day we moved in...and all they care about is the Rent being paid. They could care less what your apartment looks like...
