Lived here almost 2 years now. The worst parking situation I've ever had to live with. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers on every floor and yet there is only ever 1 of EACH working (they just NOW replaced the ones on the 1st floor without telling anyone, so I don't know when that happened but either way, I'm on the 3rd floor so I have to carry everything down and pray no one is using them). Also, the one and only elevator has been broken for "4 weeks" (it broke down Feb 16th and it's still not fixed.... it's April 1st. They only said it would take 4 weeks to be fixed and well....). You also can't pick up your delivered packages from across the street once they leave the office (tends to be 4:30pm) because they lock the delivery room. Mail still comes to my building and SOME packages but not all of them. This apartment is also VERY high priced. I get its close to campus, but that shouldn't the reason I'm paying $825 a month for a single bedroom....they even upped rent after my first year. Underground parking is also $60 a month last I checked (this tends to change from time to time cause they can do whatever they want apparently). If I could go back in time and look deeper for a better place, I certainly would. Definitely not the worst in Oshkosh but there's definitely enough to complain about.
