ONE Washer and Dryer

They only have one washer and dryer. You need more cause theres people who take up that ONE washer/dryer with multiple loads so the rest of the residents cant ever use it. Everyone else is forced to go to laundromats. Plus its dark and dingy in the laundry basement and it smells like mold.

Maintenance

Everything is good just maintenance is slow I can not open closet scared the mirror is gonna break. Stove burners don't work right they stay on high there is no low and there are few other things I understand he is only one person trying to do what need a to be done. In what ever is urgent but when the glass breaks it won't be a good thing.
