It has a nice garage. It is a very noisy location. The heating and cooling system is not very smart. The upstairs is cold in the winter time and warm in the summer. Unable to open windows in the summer do to the noise of the highway. Hard to get the pests under control. I have, I believe carpenter ants eating away the threshold of the front door. The front door does not close very well leaving air space. Slow to deal with these problems.
