The staff is trained to be rude. When something breaks they ask, "How did you break it?" When the closet door came off the rails, that nasty little maintenace man said, "So it magically came off the rail?" I told him to get out. Lawn care is about as bad as it gets. Right now the lawn has not been cut in weeks. It has reached a foot tall in places and gone to seed. When all those broen limbs came down, they made a big trash pile under a pine tree. In most of my interactions with the staff, my usual response is, "Really?"

These townhomes are nice and spacious with great amenities. The only downsides are that the appliances are out of date and don't work very well, and the carpet, at least in my unit, should have been replaced years ago. Other than that, management responds quickly and they're always friendly and pleasant to talk to, and it's a nice, quiet place to live. The location is also very convenient.

They do not perform routine maintenance. Any request to fix a broken threshold strip or broken closet door is marked WORK COMPLETE and they send an email saying they only do emergenmcy maintenance. They have only been doing emergency maintenance for 3 years.

They cut the grass today. Set the blade at six inches and run back and forth as fast as the mower would go. It looks like an overgrown lawn just before it gets cut. Weeds beneath the trees are untouched. Somebody should walk the grounds and train the staff on using a lawn mower.

It's a great place to live. It's in the perfect location really close to alot of stores and restaurants. The maintenance is really good too, all the issues are usually fixed the very next day after you call. The only thing that isn't that great is the price you pay for rent. Compared to alot of similar places the price is a little high. Overall I would definitely recommend this place or rental company to anyone looking.
