Lived here around 12 years; generally happy with everything. Pretty good at handling maintenance requests. Nice location. No issues with neighbors.

Nice location and nice neighborhood and nice people but some policy changes would be nice: 1. Think the doggie DNA testing for "poop pickup" was a little too much. 2. Stop the concrete "smoothing" of walks and driveways. It destroys the integrity of the concrete and after a few winters of freezing, thawing and salt it crumbles and needs replacing. 3. Be nice if you offered an option to have the driveway cleared of snow in the winter (hard to justify my own snowblower for the small driveway). My back would love it.

Very good place if you're in between renting an apartment and buying a house! Nice patio off the back, but with a shared communal backyard. Only down side is the road does get busy in the spring/summer so if your cars can't fit in the driveway parking might be a little difficult. Really shouldn't be an issue because there is a one car attached garage and a pretty lenghty driveway.
