It is very run down, the windows are ancient; they have chipped paint everywhere and barely open/close.

Part of the reason i moved here was the on site laundry. but it is super super gross, obvious no one cleans it, and now it just stopped working. Ugh

The area is great and has a lot of restaurants nearby, along with the lake being a 15 minute walk away. The management company is kind of inept when it comes to building issues, such as fixing plumbing or making sure the laundry room equipment is in working order. They also take a long time to respond to questions or concerns. I had one incident in which I was being blamed for a building issue and it was extremely unpleasant dealing with them. It's good value for the area but the management company is just okay.

Good location, decent price although technically our 2nd bedroom doesn't qualify as a bedroom because it has no window. Maintenance used to be awesome but now ignore us so.

cheap enough rent (if they raise it again it wont be), great location, but they dont care to fix any of the many problems despite filing claims. they just say “thats too expensive and not our fault” - i dont think having windows that open correctly and paint that isnt peeling off the walls would be such a luxury, but i guess i wouldnt know after living here!

Nice place. Neighbors are quiet. Good neighborhood. Washer and dryer are super small and a bit pricy and break alottt but otber then that, super nice place to live. Management is super responsive
