Good value choice

Southbrook Apartments charges a very reasonable rate for rent relative to the floorspace available. Appliances are not the newest and AC is only in the living room so there are a few uncomfortable summer days each year, but for the price I can't really complain too much. The complex is close enough to town that one can bicycle anywhere if desired and shopping for necessities is nearby. Buildings are noise insulated which helps cut down on frustration with neighbors.

Southbrook

All neighbors are quiet and respectable. When there is maintenance needed they answer quickly and get someone there fairly quick. They communicate well when something is going to be worked on.

I just moved in, but management was friendly upon first face-to-face interaction. Rent is also more affordable than most other places just as nice as this complex.
