Southbrook Exclusives review

I have lived here + 2 years after an out-of-state transition from owning to renting to be closer to family. I like my unit on ground floor much better after 1 1/2 years in upstairs unit. Guest parking is very limited and access, without a walkway or bridge across a ditch, to larger parking lot is not convenient. I have found the maintenance staff to be very promt even with minor issues. I have discovered several other people my age in the complex are both friendly and helpful. Traffic noise is pretty bad in the summer on weekdays due to semi traffic in and out of large Lakeside Foods complex across the street. I am close to all grocery stires, gas stations etc which us really nice.

Very nice apartments, rent is more than fair for the insane market. Maintenance is very helpful and reliable. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Love it here.
