I absolutely love living here, and love how much space I have for the rent it costs. Jameson and his staff, as well as the maintenance staff, are all very kind and respond very promptly to questions and concerns that I have. Maintenance requests are overseen pretty quickly, and the amenities that are available to the apartment are very nice. Additionally, it is a very gorgeous walk away from Tenney Park, which I appreciate. The only real issues I have are not really ones that are under the property's control, such as noise from other residents in the hallways, residents upstairs, or through walls in my bedroom, and the location only having one or two dedicated bus routes (and only one that will take you directly to UW Hospital). Otherwise, living here has been a wonderful experience!
