We generously include a free underground parking space and a large outdoor lot for parking of additional vehicles, and each building features on site laundry with coin or app operated machines. Our community welcomes pets and features our private BriarWoof dog park for residents and their furry friends to enjoy (Grand Opening May 2023).
Dog walkers will also be pleased by our pet stations located around the property.

Need to open the pool.

I love living at briarwood. Yet one of the main things that drew me here was the pool, which has unfortunately been closed for most of the summer this year for what seem to be very minor and inneffectual reasons. Please reopen the pool.

Decent size and parking, staff is difficult to reach

Overall i would say this apartment is good for the price, however staff has a high turnover and is almost never available to residents. Unit maintenance is eh, the maintenance team is helpful when you can reach them. Location isn’t great, but free parking is a perk.
