Overall

While I like my apartment in general, it is really difficult when some of the tenants in the building have zero regard for their neighbors. Would love if the trash doors were soft close as many people slam those doors at all hours of the day and night. I don't understand why it's so difficult for people to clean up after their pets or themselves--the elevators and lower level often have sticky residue either from people spilling coffee (it smells like coffee) or their pets urinating and not cleaning up after them.
