Selena Diaz provided an amazing service, from touring the storage unit options, all the way to signing the contract. She was also super helpful in answering our questions. My particular climate-controlled storage unit was located in their newer building with excellent lighting and just overall well maintained storage area. Just be aware of the pricing changes that other people have mentioned in their reviews, though this pricing changes is already included in the lease agreement, section 4. You can lease for 6 months (up to 2 years if you own a business) to lock in the web price, which you can pay upfront. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE; THIS PLACE IS A SCAM WITH MANY BBB COMPLAINTS! I was lured by the amazing price of $74 listed on the website that in NO WAY makes it clear that it’s an “introductory” price. After a few months, they start charging me $135 so I called the store (I will say everyone who works at the store is super awesome and have nothing to do with the price increases) and they were able to get it down to $110 which I was still not happy about but it was doable. All of a sudden with no notice, it goes up to $193 a month! So the price nearly tripled within just one year! Imagine if this were rent how outrageous the percentage increase would be! I immediately submitted a move out date as they will not get another penny from me. Their units aren’t even that great… like you’d think for $193 that I’d have an indoor unit etc but NOPE! This was just for a simply outdoor 10x15… SAVE YOUR MONEY LONG TERM AND GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst rental experience in 30 years of renting. I take back my 5 star review. Now that I've been a customer in their system, I can't get through. #3. Their security cameras are not working at all. How do I know this??? Because homeless people live in the units on the 3rd floor and this is also why this location is only accessible during office hours so people can't come and go without their control. Yup. Met the homeless people a month ago. They are still there. You can smell them a mile away. #4. The parking access in the bay where you bring your vehicle is so poorly designed, unmarked and crowded, wait times to get into the bay to even get close enough to an elevator is ridiculous. #5.
