BelleSquare is the BEST apartment in La Crosse!
This apartment building is meticulously maintained with attentive staff who strive to give residents the ultimate downtown living experience. The location is very convenient and near many boutiques, bars, restaurants, the event center, and Riverside Park, which has many year-round activities. The gym is excellent as well.
Great Place
My wife Tracy and I moved in here in January 2023 and have very much enjoyed the Belle! Taylor and Mark have both been so friendly, helpful, and professional it's been wonderful so far! We've also had some great experiences with the Belle special events and have really enjoyed Schuby's too!
Great place to live, but expensive
I love it here, but it is bit expensive for what you get. The staff is excellent, between the property managers and maintenance. It is very quiet, where you rarely hear your neighbors. Friendly people, nice amenities, but I can't see myself staying here for more than a year or two, due to the cost. You pay an amenity fee, which covers internet, cable, maintenance, which is altogether worth the cost. The parking is 100/month for underground. There are carts available to bring in groceries, two elevators, and entrances require keyed sensor, so it feels pretty safe. Everything considered, I am very happy with my choice.
