great AND frustrating

We absolutely love the place! It’s nice to have a garage and back area, PLUS a beautiful wood inside! However, the last tenets left... stains, we had to clean up, and the neighbors are excessively loud. We hear pounding from the upstairs Constantly!...... otherwise everyone is super friendly and I wish covid wasn’t s thing so I could get to know the staff and everyone better!

Great place to live

Been living here for 2 years and haven’t had a problem at all with anybody or anything staff will help you to figure out what you need to pay for rent and have many rent options

Review

Overall good place to live. Seems overpriced for keeping pets and additional garage parking and I think that could be significantly lower, especially for a “lower income” community. Maintenance people are friendly and timely. Parking is first come first serve with many spots, but I have gotten many door dings and car ran into without notes. I prefer the 3 bed 2 bath because it is more updated and holds all the amenities. Not too far from town which is nice and neighbors are usually all friendly. I’ll be signing my 3rd lease with wedgewood.

NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT. The following breed restrictions apply: No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property. All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization. Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises.
