This is our third year at RP. The location is superb and only surpassed by the quality of staff. Would highly recommend Riverplace.

Rick did a fantastic job. Appreciate the great job the folks do to keep the facilities in tip top shape.

Smoke alarms in apartment went off in middle of night. A maintenance request was written the next day and work was completed within one hour. Well done on the quick response, work was done by Rick. Kudos to all concerned, its greatly appreciated.

We have finally found our secure haven; our safe harbor; a quiet place to anchor. We would definitely recommend RiverPlace Apartments as a wonderful option for anyone who is tired of the stress of home ownership, but still wants to enjoy the amenities of a home, along with peace and serenity in beautiful surroundings. It was also such a thoughtful surprise and really nice touch to find a welcome note on the kitchen counter along with a bag of tasty chocolates the day we moved in. These special “flourishes” have continued - such as holiday cookies at Thanksgiving! We are continually amazed at the friendliness of the residents and the detailed attention provided by Jen, the manager. Having your own washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient, not to mention having your own balcony or porch, and underground parking or attached garage, as well as secured entrances to the building. The grounds and building are meticulously maintained. With Riverside Park (home of the 3 million light Rotary Christmas Lights), bike and walking paths abound. Riverside International Friendship Gardens is so relaxing to walk through and beautiful to look at, especially during these trying times. We wake every morning to a sunrise illuminating the confluence of the La Crosse River, the Black River, and historic Mississippi River. Kudos to Jen, Rick and Kate and the rest of the StuartCo staff for being an exceptional management team that truly makes a difference because they care about the residents and the place where they work. We hope they will remain here so that RiverPlace can maintain its unique character that sets it apart from other apartment complexes. Along with cheese curds and especially beer, RiverPlace is one of the best things that the beautiful state of Wisconsin offers!
