Student Resident's Review
Overall the experience with 360RealEstate has been pretty good, the staff are very friendly and understanding. They communicate professionally and are fairly available to help solve any issues. Maintenance is mostly good, occasionally though it will be a pain to get someone to come fix a certain issue which can be annoying. The value is alright, parking is really expensive through 360 but understandably so given the proximity to the University for a lot of the buildings. The quality of the apartments are pretty good (especially for college student torn through apartments) although there should be more care taken when inspecting and repairing apartments between tenants. The things taken off of the security deposit are questionable considering the starting condition of some apartments, additionally the charges for cleaning time labor time taken off the deposit don't align with how much we cleaned the apartment before moving out. The amenities are alright, could be better maintained sometimes but other than that 360 Real Estate is a solid choice.
Not amazing for what I expected
Matinence has not been up to par, many amenities promised have not worked as expected. The elevator was down for nearly a month and has gone down 3 times. Before signing it was said the elevator had never gone down before. Was not properly cleaned before moving in, basic expectations had to be requested to receive.
More amenities
I feel like the fact that the gym on the second floor is only for employees, is ridiculous. I haven't ever seen someone in there working out and it feels like an utter waste of space. I also had an idea of moving the grill closer to the side of the building and having one half be the grill side and the other has a fire pit. I feel like it would invite the residents to get to know each other more naturally.
good review
The first year living here at the Aguilera. Experience has been good so far other than the noise sometimes. The location is great, staff is great people. Wish the gym was open at the complex.
Very nice
I really enjoy living at Aguilera, the apartments are very modern and have nice amenities.
