replace management

plenty of room to park and take walks. great floorplan and quiet neighbors. used to have an attractive view until the storage units were built next door. neighbors have been leaving items outside by the dumpsters and now looks like a garbage dump. management doesn't seem to care. I think it took over three weeks to replace the lightbulb outside by the front door. not very satisfied and looking to move by the end of the lease.

dumb as rocks

Even when you take care of your end of the contract, management doesn't take care of theirs. e.g. snow removal, sidewalk shoveling, and even heating in the dead of winter! Then they raise the rent $40.00 on top of that! Hope the money goes to taking care of their responsibilities.

I really like living here neighbors are friendly, plenty of room for everyone especially outside you can take walks and not have to worry about high traffic area. I feel safe here.

Loved the building, staff was shady

I loved living here and enjoyed my space immensely. That is until management tried to pull a fast one and slap on a carpet cleaning addendum. Where you needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned *and must be dried* by your move out date. I would not have had a problem with this if I had fresh beautiful carpets upon moving in. The carpet was crunchy- probably just needed to be rinsed again- and worn but because if my situation at the time I ignored it and carried on. If I had to sign a carpet cleaning agreement, I would have insisted upon new or very clean carpets. This place was only a year old when I moved in, yet the cheap carpet felt very worn indeed. I should have been grandfathered in, but they are a cheap company and are looking to pass the buck onto you. Just beware of this, and make sure that carpet looks immaculate when you move in, and all should be well!
