Been here for a few yrs now. It isnt to bad. Live the location and what we pay for what we get isnt to bad.

Mostly quiet. Noisy people upstairs usually 10:30 or later. I handle it okay though. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

It's easy to live here for two people. The appliances are less than average. We love the green space in front of our appartment. All of the dogs are a bit overwhelming. However, I think we are in the perfect location in the complex for us. The windows leek like a seive on a windy day. There isn’t much heat to make up for it. We don’t use air conditioning much. It’s cool on the first floor.

Really quiet location minutes from Shopping- grocery, dept stores, home improvement store. Minutes from Hwy 41 and 151.

plenty of room to park and take walks. great floorplan and quiet neighbors. used to have an attractive view until the storage units were built next door. neighbors have been leaving items outside by the dumpsters and now looks like a garbage dump. management doesn't seem to care. I think it took over three weeks to replace the lightbulb outside by the front door. not very satisfied and looking to move by the end of the lease.
