we have only been here 3 weeks and so far are enjoying our apartment, very quiet and love our view of the woods and the pond. We have met a few residents on our walks with the dogs, and so far everyone is friendly.

There is NO consistency of having HIT water in Bldg 12. It is ALWAYS luke warm if you are lucky. Brought this issue to Management and Maintenance 15 times and nothing gets done about it even though Maintenance has admitted that the system is faulty! Imagine paying the highest rent in Fond du Lac and NOT being able to take a HOT bath or shower??? Ridiculous. Hot water is a basic and in Bldg 12 we as tenants are deprived of that basic necessity. My question is where is the rent money that we pay as tenants going? Fix the issue!!! You are aware of it. What is the problem???

The location is great and it's so nice to see everybody with their pets, my neighbors are just a little bit too noisy for my liking at strange hours of the day; however, given my own schedule, I suppose my hours of operation might seem "strange" to my neighbors as well, so I feel like I have no grounds to complain.
