- NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT. ONLY 1 DOG PER UNIT. The following breed restrictions apply: No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property. All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization. Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises. It great
I love living here it has been two years and I really enjoy the staff and maintance people as well
Nice place to live
I moved here in the middle of December I find the staff courteous and accommodating if I may make a suggestion, I think it would be great. If there would be a area that would be fenced off for pets. It doesn’t have to be a big area a nice area as we have a area for children as well it would be nice for pets to. That is a suggestion.
Some things need to change
It was nice place to live until cleaning crew takes 4 days to clean one apartment, and we are lucky if hallways get done every two months, parking major problem residents have no where to park when certain units have 2 to3 vehicles and let their visitors park in resident parking, and building repairs take forever, yet our rent goes up to cover costs
