Quiet but getting expensive

Lived here for a few years while it was halfway affordable but as rent goes up they haven't done anything drastic to justify the major rent increases the last few years. Overall it's quiet and peaceful and still close to the city

They never plow

Big snowstorm? They'll plow once. The next day. And they don't even do it well, it's still a frozen or slushy mess for a week afterwards

Country Creek is a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors, and plenty of parking.

Decent place

They take forever to plow in the winter, each garage has a 2-3 inch lip of concrete you have to drive over in order to get in, and theres no ramp onto hwy 151 by us. Quiet neighborhood and decent value, although rent has gone up $30 each year ive been here
