Decent place

They take forever to plow in the winter, each garage has a 2-3 inch lip of concrete you have to drive over in order to get in, and theres no ramp onto hwy 151 by us. Quiet neighborhood and decent value, although rent has gone up $30 each year ive been here

Affordable, but lacking

Every single garage has a 2-3 inch concrete lip you have to get over. Rent has gone up every time I've re-signed (never been late on a payment). In the winter time, they don't plow until the day (or 2) after, and apparently they've never heard of ice cuz they don't use it. Ever.

Snow chaos

If they plow, it's generally a day after the storm, and apparently they've never heard of "salt" because the ice remains in the parking lot all winter. We live in Wisconsin, it's basically an entire sheet of ice from December until march
