Wonderful experience

My family and I have been renting at Patagonia Village for about 5 years. We really love the location, the management staff is great to work with and understanding and the maintenance gets taken care of in a timely fashion. My favorite part of living at Patagonia Village is how quiet the community is. Yes, on occasion we hear a barking dog or a crying child but overall it is pretty quiet, even with a park and ride across the street. When my son was a teen he loved that he could walk to the movie theater or Red Robin across the street. Overall, we have been happy with Patagonia Village.

Living at Patagonia Vilage

Today I am feeling like I need to share my gratitude for living here at the Patagonia Village Apartments. This is a quiet family community. Every one in my building is friendly and helpful. When I was badly injured people were there to offering to help how ever they could. in bad weather they offered to take me to the grocery store or pick something up for me; just a friendly, caring neighborhood. The office management is always friendly and helpful. If you need something done she is on it right away and checks to make sure it is taken care of satisfactorily. Yep, I'm feeling pretty good about being here. Thank you.

living at pinnacle

this is a nice place . ive lived here over a year. and have had no problems. the maintenance and manager are great to deal with. any questions you may have. they get back to you quickly.! safe and close to downtown.
