Outstanding Place To Live

From the moment we moved here it has been nothing but the 'right choice' for both me and my wife. Everyone is super friendly, respectful, the main office people are fantastic, the maintenance crew is timely & personal and you can't beat the location and all the shops, eateries and 'summer happenings' that go on year-round here! Have recommended this place to many people looking to move!

A True Community

One of the best places to live in the state of Washington. This is a perfectly situated community with everything you can imagine nearby. Do you want fresh fruits and vegetables? The farmers market is right below you and a natural farm-to-table grocery store is a block away. Do you want to go for a walk or get some body movement? Walking trails and the turf fields are right next to the building. Do you want a drink or to head to a bar? Cut Shop is a block away and five wineries are right below you with many more within walk/bike distance. Want coffee in the morning? One block away is Sidekick Coffee. Mix this with beautiful building grounds that you can enjoy any time of the day and people walking around all the time it feels like the epitome of a mixed-use apartment. Places in Seattle wish they could have the feeling and vibes this place does. It is an amazing community with great and attentive staff.
