Grateful
I completely believe we are fortunate to live in The Woodlands. Neighbors and wonderful, staff is great. When there is an issue, it resolved in a timely fashion.
An oasis in the city
I’ve lived at The Woodlands for a few years now. To say this property is unique is an understatement. The landscaping is kept up, and lovely. It’s like an oasis in in the city. It’s not a large complex so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The office staff are friendly and make living here so wonderful! The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, consistent and prompt. I will be signing for another year here soon.
Mediocre at best
There are so many things in my unit that im not happy with, maintenance has gone downhill. Parking is a absolute nightmare. Hopefully we wont be here much longer.
a very honest move out review :)
We lived here for a year and some months before leaving because of how many issues we had with the leasing office. Everyone is friendly regarding neighbors, but the ladies in the leasing office are one of the most frustrating people to work with. They have minds and attitudes of a high school girl. Any concerns you have, WILL be ignored, other than maintenance requests. They will tell you (word for word what I received in email) "We don't get any complaints about this so it sounds like a you problem" What happened was the landscapers blow dust dirt rocks and apparently nails in peoples cars from the bushes, and they blew a nail into our wheel. Barely made it to the mechanic, just for them to say it was a small nail. You can confirm by yourself by walking in the parking lot and seeing nails in most areas. Live here or not, but if you're not their picture perfect tenant, you will be gossiped about; that's the type of community that these leasing agents have made for themselves.
Noise and messy stairwell
My neighbors nice me run jump and bang 24. /7 no exaggeration. They have like 20 people that live above me. They let their kids run and jump all night even like 3am! And my shared utilities has gone up which makes no sense just my son and I and we are essential workers so we are at work everyday. I’m moving out of hear when lease is up.
