Price gougers to the FULLEST.. I was late on a payment and had out down money 4 days before they sold my belongings for $80 .. I had 3 tvs and valuables stacked to the brim.. made one attempt to call me .. the balance was less then $100 owed and $265 they had racked up in total with fees in less then two months late.. don’t lose your things playing with them .. then when I speak to the man he dismiss me and says the balance per month was $59 go ahead and look at your billing chart cowboy it was $89 monthly.. rude people crappy place ... I have rented from Public storage for years! All they do is jack the price up! So I move to a different location because they offer to “New customers only” a great price and then “THE PRICE GOUGING” starts! Move to a different storage company and Public storage buys them out! Within like 30 days rates start going up! Never offer a discount to exist ing customers who pay on time every single month! So again for the fourth god dam time I have to move my shit because they upped the rent again AND WITHOUT NOTICE! But hey if you are a new customer you can get a 10x15 for $145 and they charge me $406! Wtf!! Thanks public storage for financially rapping me! Your the best! ... Read more

So far so good. In fact I was in there one night after hours, unintentionally. They close at 9 on Sundays and I was unaware, at any rate the police arrived about 9:30 pm to ask why I was still there. So this means someone is watching the security cameras after business hours which reinforced my confidence in their competence. Unfortunately I was locked out without locking my unit due to this fact and was looking for a way back in which I could NOT find, only reassuring me of the safety of my belongings. Good staff, nice place, safe and tidy grounds, updated access and security. 5 stars. ... Read more

Had a good experience. Had an issue with the online renting application, but a phone call sorted it out. Also had an issue with the key for my unit, another phone call needed. I recieved a call back, and the issue was resolved, the same day in fact. Very quick and friendly staff. ... Read more

The inside of the building is clean, well lit, warm and secure. You need to get through 2 check points with the "password" before arriving at your place. There are plenty of carts available to move your stuff and the loading area is under cover. The place is so big that you can get lost between rows so more signage would be nice to find your way. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 6301 NE 88th Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 6301 NE 88th Street start from $52 and can go up to $295 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
