Amazing place to live, unfortunately some tenants hord they parking spaces by owning 4 o 5 cars and not parking then in the streets by inside the property and leaving them for 3 to 5 days in the same spot.

I have lived here for 3 months and have had nothing but problems. 1. some kind of animal in my wall. 2. master bedroom ceiling had bubble with mold. 3. other bedroom had a leak out of light. Also none of the amenities have been open since we have lived here (hot tub, fitness center) I pay way to much for all this to be happening.

Great neighbors, although the apartments are old they’re clean. Love the amenities like the pool, gym, hot tub when available. However, during one of the hottest summers we’ve ever experienced they shut down the pool for maintenance and it hasn’t reopened. Our family could have really used the time at the pool for some relief and it was upsetting that it wasn’t available when we needed it. Staff is really friendly paying rent online and the move process where easy. Don’t mind paying the extra money for rent if the amenities as long as we get to use them!
