Pet Policy

  • There is a two (2) pet maximum per household. Domestic dogs and indoor cats are welcome; a photo of your pet is required at the time of application. There is a $300 additional deposit for the first pet, $200 additional deposit for the second pet, a one-time $100 non-refundable pet fee, plus $25 monthly pet rent, per pet. Any dog of a perceived aggressive breed will not be approved; e.g. Pitbull Terrier, American Bully, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Shepherds (German, Belgian, Swiss), Presa Canario, Chow, Doberman, Akita, Cane Corso, Malamute, Husky, Akita, Dalmatian, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid of one of the aforementioned breeds. Caged or exotic animals are not allowed.

Nice living

Very quiet, some neighbors are unreasonably stuffy. Can be a bit like a ghost town - definitely never hear laughing or music, so you have to be pretty silent. Seems like lots of immigrant families, many with young children. Overall beautiful apartments, very clean. Great staff, super nice. Slow on maintenance requests, but I think they are down a person. Parking is gated and nice, but you only have one designated spot and finding an open place is a nightmare past 4PM on most nights. Weird because there are many open places in the designated/covered parking... still, very safe & affordable. Would recommend.

Love living at the Landing

While it definitely was at the top end of my budget, choosing the Landing has been worth it so far. The apartments themselves have functional layouts and are spacious. The assigned covered parking and multiple gated entrances is also a huge plus. Also love the ease of access to recycling (right next the the dumpsters!) — not just cardboard, but plastics, glass and aluminum as well!!!

Trouble Free Living

We have lived at The Landing at Vancouver for over a year now. We have enjoyed our time here. The staff is great. The maintenance personnel also do a great job in a timely manner. And lastly, the amount we pay for all of these things is very reasonable.
