Cozy, affordable, and surprisingly modern
Staff was very friendly and made getting the keys to our apartment easy once we sent the required documents. The outside looks nice enough, but I was definitely impressed by how modern and new everything inside the apartment was, and it's the inside that counts. Complete kitchen has everything I need as someone who avoids eating out. Climate control works wonderfully. Strangely, the bathroom steals the show, the tile flooring and big back-lit mirror really emphasizing the newness of the apartment. The only hiccup in the entire process was our dryer was broken when we moved in, but maintenance replaced it not even 2 days after putting in a request. Great experience so far.

A safe place to live
I lived at the 192nd West Lofts for about 7 months. These apartments are great, they are clean, and I always feel very safe here. In the past I always lived in apartments where finding parking spot was an everyday struggle, so far I have not had an issue here. Any question, complaint or concern I ever brought up to management was resolved within a 24hr window. The few things i wish these apartments had was a pool and balconies and this would be a 100% perfect place to rent.
