Lovely Spot but..

Living here has been a lovely experience and i would recommend it well worth the budget, however i will say that my car has been broken into twice with the window smashed once. And my roomates car had the trunk broken into twice in the first three months of living here.

I have lived at this property for almost ten years, and until a recent management change always had a phenomenal experience. It wasn't glamorous, but it was reasonably quiet, affordable, and well-maintained. The biggest con was always lack of guest parking. However, an East Coast management conglomerate took over about a year ago, advertising new amenities to be added. After 5 months of construction, we have a half-finished pool deck and same small gym that are only open during office hours because keys aren't ready. The utility charges literally tripled, with a $5/month processing fee just to pay them as the cherry on top. There's a $20/month amenity fee, for all those amenities you can't use, and a half dozen other minor charges to get every last nickel. Month to month rate is literally 4x the leased rate, so unless you have $8K to spare, move carefully. It's disheartening to watch a community dissolve into a numbers game none of us can afford to play anymore.
