Dog poop everywhere, Poor security. Car just got broken into. Homeless use our community to walk through as a shortcut. The office staff is usually nice, except for they can never keep anyone more than a month or two, it seems. So communication and issues are not great. I must say, though, Francisco is amazing! He is the maintenance person, always a pleasure to talk to, gets work done very fast and efficiently.

I've lived at the LaVonne for almost two years now. Thr on-site pool and gym are incredibly convenient, and the stagf does a good job keeping them operational and clean. Issues with residents not respecting the complex are handled swiftly with the exception of parking. Location itself is great, near direct access to the highway plus ealking distance to the mall and a handful of other stores. Maintenence on smaller items like doorwwy lights couple be improved as mamy are out and have been for a while, parking is sub-par for the number of people that live here and there doesnt aeem to be anyone who checks to make sure reserved spots are being respected. While on the pricy side, I think the location and ameneties nearly make it worth it. I know i've enjoyed living here.

I have been living in the Lavonne apartment for 1 year. I really like how these apartments look inside, new kitchens, renovation, all appliances are in excellent condition. The area is very calm and feels safe. There are not always enough parking lots, butvI usually find where to park my car.

Great apartments. Close to stores but more driver friendly than walking, parking can be a pain and minimal amenities

After two years of living here, I can say I do love the complex. Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves. Only problems are the Over priced rent and the lack of parking.
