We are so excited to move into our new home at The River House Apartments! It's such a beautiful place that we're lucky to call home. The property has got to be one of the most beautiful places in the city - it's so peaceful with all the trees and the river view. Our apartment is amazing - we absolutely love the layout and hardwood floors. The layout was really well thought out to include plenty of storage. The natural light that comes in through the huge windows is also a plus. One thing that makes this place stand out is the community amenities. There are so many great spots to hang out outside, like by the riverside or in the BBQ areas. There's even a really great fitness center that was just updated. We cannot express enough gratitude to Kristina, a standout member of The River House Apartments team. From the moment we began our search, Kristina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we found our perfect apartment. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm demeanor made the entire process seamless. A special shout out to her for making our transition to The River House Apartments such a positive experience! All in all, The River House Apartments has definitely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great place to live that's close to nature, has top-notch amenities, and is full of friendly people.

I love how close to everything you are. I also love how quite the property is. The apartments feel like you have a lot of room and there is tons of storage. The office staff is really nice and have been super helpful with any questions that I have. So far this has been a really great move and I am going to be here for a while.

Was a good value moving in. 6 years later and a 700 dollar per month increase over that time made an end to that.
