Home Sweet Home

I really didn't plan to be here as long as I have but I guess this place is growing on me. Lol The shopping center is practically my back yard and I am close to the schools from elementary to Community Colleges I need and have easy access to busses to anywhere. At first there was a high turnover in management and maintenance and you couldn't place a name with a face with was very unsettling. I feel like this last year with Amber on board has put some structure in place having a go to person on site that takes our needs seriously. This place was more than half vacant when I first moved in a few years ago and needed some work and I have watch several things fall in place since she has been here. Amber is patient,professional and respectful. She knows everyone in my households name which is comforting to not be treated like another customer passing through. She has affective communication and really makes it seem like what matters to me matters to her. I appreciate her and the maintenance team here for making my family feel comfortable here.

great but broken

I have loved living here however, our dishwasher has been broken since we moved in 3 months ago, the dryer is broken, and maintenance has entered the apartment without notice. it’s a great apartment minus issues with appliances.

Nice complex but management is slow and harder to reach

We are very happy with the location of this apartment and the amenities included. However, the washer and dryer were not set up when we moved in and I am still waiting to hear back from the landlord. Our fridge is also in the wrong place.
