Charming Urban Escape

We've lived at Union Park for 8 months. It's a quiet community with friendly staff who respond to any inquiry in under 24 hours. The outdoor dog park and yard space is lovely for your four legged friends!

New team is professional and very helpful!

I have interacted with both Tony and Andrei from the new team so far and they are both professional and very helpful! Tony makes sure to reply to my emails in a timely manner and address all my concerns. Moreover, I had an emergency maintenance request and Andrei has dealt with it right away and professionally. He also took the time to ask if there are any other non-urgent issues that he can help with and he fixed what was feasible on the day. Finally, the building looks great after the exterior renovations.

Loft Appartment

I really like living at union park! The appartments are spacious and beautiful with lots of light (we really love the lofts), the staff is awesome, and it is a great location and value! The only small things are that there aren't many amenities and the parking is a little tight but normal for a city appartment lot.

Been here for four tears

Many changes in four years. The building has been under scaffolding and covers for 18 months while the outside gets a renovation. No help to residents except for new windows, but the noise has been unbearable. The pandemic forces me to work from the apartment and it has not been enjoyable. Now they will refinish the apartments. I don't know what they will look like, but I do not expect major improvements. This process has been slowed down by the pandemic and weather. But, I would not get an apartment here again until all this construction is done. Good luck with that!
