Needs regular cleaning

Great location. Affordable. Tenants are pleasant and quiet. Lot of WS Junction traffic noise. Common areas need regular cleaning. Great view of Puget Sound on rooftop. Rooftop garden planters need to be planted and properly maintained by a gardener. Cutb view and main entrance need to be improved. Trash room needs to be cleaned and power washed.

Nice Studio Loft in the Junction

Great units. Well built, managed, and maintained. Small but efficient living spaces. Rents are similar to if not slightly better than other similar units around the city. West Seattle is usually quiet, aside from Alki, and the area is no exception. Not much in the way of ammenities if that’s what you’re looking for. Street parking only which isn’t great but there are usually spots available if you park a block or two away.

Excellent studio layout

This place has treated me great. Been here for over three years and rent hasn't gone up until this coming February (perhaps this because of the pandemic). I love the east facing windows that bring in morning light and fresh air. Huge closets with drawers, and large cabinets in bathroom and kitchen. Almost never hear neighbors. Maintenance crew and property manager are awesome. Oddly, my particular unit doesn't have a portable AC hose duct to outside as do other units. Fortunately, this past summer wasn't as hot as last year.

This place is great for single person, best location. Management is great. Good place to save money, very quiet and respectable tenants
