Pretty Fine
its an OK complex. Nothing to bad but not the best. In the housing climate of the area, it is at least competitive in cost, meaning it is not overly expensive, but still pricey. Cleaning staff is great, maintenance is nice and effective, although it can take weeks for them to respond to a service request. The manager is nice enough, usually reachable if your ok with waiting weeks for a response. Overall a fine place ot live. I live here for two years and can see myself living longer if required.
Title: Two Wonderful Years at Sundodger!
Having lived at Sundodger in Seattle for the past two years, I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional living experience that I am truly grateful for. Right from day one, I knew I had found the perfect home that would provide me with comfort, convenience, and a strong sense of community. The location of Sundodger is unbeatable. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, it offers easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. I've thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area and embracing the unique culture that Seattle has to offer. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and well-maintained, with modern appliances and spacious layouts. My unit was filled with natural light, and I loved being able to enjoy the stunning views of the Seattle skyline from my balcony. The management team at Sundodger has been exceptional – they are friendly, professional, and always quick to address any maintenance issues or concerns that I've had over the years. The amenities at Sundodger have undoubtedly contributed to my positive experience. The fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor spaces have been fantastic for staying active, socializing with neighbors, and hosting get-togethers with friends and family. I also appreciate the secure parking and package handling services, which have made daily life that much easier. As I reflect on my time at Sundodger, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to call this wonderful community my home. I would highly recommend Sundodger to anyone looking for a high-quality apartment in Seattle that truly feels like home.
Alright
I really like living here but the other residents are inconsiderate of smells, noise and clean common areas.
Great first experience
This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience! I came when there was different management and the transition was a little rough but overall it has not overshadowed the experience as a whole. The rooftop is great for sunsets and enjoying the weather in the summer, but do beware there isn't A/C so a portable unit is beneficial for the hot summer days. The location is superb; it is <10 minute walk to UW campus and walking distance to Trader Joe's.
Good for people without a car
If you have a car, try 11th at Bridges. The staff are great, and they do their best with the limited parking space underground. As for noise, it's like living in Manhattan. Bring your own air conditioner. If things change, I will gladly make adjustments.
