I've stayed in Stencil for about an year. The location is great and very convenient. The biggest downside is parking. The space is quite narrow.

Facing the street does allow a lot of loud noises from cars and people to come thru into the unit. Also incredibly loud neighbors however management and security did little to contact the loud residents. Otherwise the unit itself is good minus some small things here or there but it doesnt affect the overall quality of life. Location is wonderful.

I've only been here for about a month so far. I moved here for the location, balcony and the move-in date. So far I have enjoyed all of those. There are weird things that have been happening with electric, door damage, garage door getting stuck but I don't know if that is a consistent thing or just flukes for now. It sounds like the parking garage is full and folks are paying to park in a garage that is a block away which is a little silly to me. Overall works for me in housing world we're living in right now.

New to the community and Central District area and I love it. The community is extremely conveniently located, neighborhood really friendly, amazing management and maintenance team. 10/10 recommend.

I love living here and appreciate the staff that make it happen. Daisha and Aliesha have been up to date with maintaining the building. New changes have been made and are certainly visible, especially the improvements to the trash rooms here at Stencil. The roof has a clean appearance, common area carpets have recently been cleaned, and no disturbances from uninvited persons. I hope it stays that way. The hallway's walls can use a bit of a wipe, sometimes, I can see some hand prints on some surfaces, nothing too major. Much praise for Daisha, Aliesha, and Gabriel for working with residents at Stencil. I hope that there are more events to come where we can all meet. & greet I absolutely enjoyed the summer BBQ and was very remember-able. Steven
