Great location to live at in cap hill! Close to good reataurants. Feels like your part of the city bussle but not to busy and overwhelming!

The building is nice, but after being there for only 5 months, the staff sent me a letter that they are raising my rent to almost 20%. I was not even fully settled.

Property management and maintenance are frustrating to deal with. The apartments are poor-quality and do not even have garbage disposals. The owners seem cheap and cut corners. When I moved in, the walls and blinds were filthy. You have to put up your own curtains instead of having a 4th wall for the bedroom. You can hear everything from the apartment above. Many residents don't pick up after their dogs so there is lots of poop on the rooftop. There is a fireplace on the roof that has never worked since I moved here 5 months ago. Don't be fooled by the REO Flats website which states it is "High-End."
