Hello, I have lived here just over 2 yrs. I love this property, built around 1964 and was originally a hotel. The apartments are huge and updated with a giant deck. Great views, cinder block construction so I never hear my neighbors. The community area's are expasive especially the pool area (heated yr round). The two things to caution someone moving in........this is an old building, with old pipes and parts. Management and maintenance are wonderful about repairs and while the location is fantastic, First Hill (Pill Hill) it comes with sirens aplenty.
