Management is largely absent from this property. They only show up on-site when they're giving someone a tour. There is no full-time property manager who's able to assist residents, especially around cooling questions. The price per unit is very high for a hot, small unit. There are no AC ports within any of the units, and only one window per unit that opens. Each units has large open windows with very light blinds. Be prepared to pay $$$ for AC/cooling costs ($250 - 450 a month). You will be quite hot here, but, find that walking elsewhere (Gas Works, Greenlake) may become a better option to stay cool than staying in your own unit.

Having only lived here for a couple months all has been pretty good. The unit itself is a good layout though there are some design flaws. Can sometimes hear people in the hallway and people are yelling outside. I think communication could be better. My problem with parking (a common issue anywhere) is the size of parking spots and lack of parking. I think its weird that the side door to the grass/dog/bike area does not have a fob sensor for re-entry.
