It's value for money stay. Maintenance here is very easy and quick. And staffs here are good too.

I’ve been leasing my apartment for the past year, and overall the experience has been smooth. The lease terms were clear and straightforward, with no hidden fees. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, which I appreciated. On the downside, the lease was quite strict about subletting and early termination, which made it a little inflexible.
