I have lived in Landes for close to 8 years. I found it to be convenient and trouble-free. The area is close to downtown yet peaceful. The staff is super responsive to issues. Being only a 7 floor building makes it a smaller community instead of feeling like a Hotel.

I have been living here for 4 years and it has been amazing. Staff are great and I would look into keep up with the maintenance because I never use the fan in the bathroom when when I started to use it it doesn’t work
