We've been loving living here so far. The leasing agents are very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance staff is also fantastic.

It's a well run, wonderful place to live. The only heartaches are the lack of centralized AC and some noise from being at the heart of Capital Hill, but then again... that's why we're here. :)

I like living here but I hate that there is no AC/ no AC port. I live in a unit where the windows do not open and I’m struggling trying to figure out how to set up a portable AC unit

Experience is overall excellent. I could not really rate the parking as I do not use a vehicle. It seems frustrating that there is such a strict limit on vehicle height, though I do prefer that it is enforced, since I remember when the alarms would frequently go off from a sprinkler being hit, and I like when that does not happen. Location is excellent for transit and walking. Amenities are good, especially the gym, but the elevators do break more often than I would like, and when I have to walk through a swarm of flies to enter or exit the building from the front or rear entrances, which is often, I do not feel like that is a luxury apartment experience. Maintenance staff is excellent.
