I heard a lot of negative things about the apartment before moving in that first made me hesitant and nervous. I will say there were a period of time where they were elevator issues, but those were fixed and the staff and everyone who lives here is so nice and friendly I truly love being a part of this community!

The building needs tons of repairs to walls and flooring. It is embarrassing that this once great building has gone downhill. No one replies when you send an email. Previous management always did. They allow illegal short term rentals that cause all sorts of noise with constant comings and goings of tons of unvetted people. Concierge is not always 24/7 as promised. Continual water, HVAC, and elevator problems. Then, they have the audacity to send out lease renewals not even offering a discount, but offer new tenants up to six weeks free. There is a lot that needs fixed in staffing and the building at CIELO. What was once a luxury building is no more.
