dissatisfied

I lived here for 2 years. repairs are resolved in months after expressing my safety concerns and requesting cameras, they ignored request and did not care about my safety

Great Location, Great Space!

Parking only got one star as its all street parming, and rhe only amenity is laundry in the basement. However, most of the neighbors are very respectful and quiet, my actual unit is fabulous (give or take a few water issues but maintenance is always very quick to help), and the location is unbeatable. I am very happy with ny experience :)

Location location location

It'll be nice to see how the new managers treat the Capitol Crest building. An icon property in a desirable location, but so far not a perfect fit as the previous management didn't seem to care about the property or its tenants
